What Does the Online Shop Sell?

The shop samuraikniver sells recycled Japanese knives — high-quality blades that have been restored with new handles and given a second life. Although they’re used, every part is carefully cleaned and reworked, so there’s no trace of the previous usage. Maybe you have a similar idea? Recycling, repairing, or preparing something for resale is a strong concept — it’s sustainable, and you don’t need to start from scratch with raw materials.

My Work on This Project

I programmed the entire online shop by hand, without using a content management system. That gave me full control over every detail — and kept costs down, since CMS platforms often charge extra for every small feature. I took the product photos, built the database, and developed the complete website including domain registration, SSL certificate, and email setup. Everything was custom-tailored and optimized.

Pricing

A well-made online shop takes a lot of work and attention to detail. That’s why the setup price is around 1.300 € — which I consider a fair deal, especially since the system runs autonomously once it's live and can start generating steady income for you. An investment that pays off.
